We are a family run business providing full auction services, which include estates, farm, heavy equipment, consignments, charity / fundraising and real estate.

Sandmann Auctions is a family-owned, full-service auction company. We are professionals ready to handle every aspect of the auction process to get-it-sold.
Real Estate
Our main goal is to meet the needs of both the buyers and the sellers of real estate whether it be commercial, farm & ranch, hunting and recreational or a nice home. We want to make buying and selling property as easy and enjoyable for our clients as possible.
About Us
We are family owned and operated right here in southern Oklahoma. When we say family run we mean it. Typically on sale day you can find our daughters: Abigail and Caitlin running around the auction sale. We focus mainly on estate and farm auctions.
We sell at auction, because auctions are effective and efficient. Having buyers come to your property and compete to buy and remove your items is a fantastic way to sell assets. We are not an Auction House. Our auctions are conducted on the seller’s premises or in a rented public facility. Our company is well-organized and Matt, our auctioneer, easy to understand. We have computerized registration, clerking and cashiering for fast, accurate service to assist you.
Matt is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association.
